Rachel Green is the friendly voice our clients hear on the other end of the phone. As our helpful receptionist, Rachel is often the first point of contact for our new vendors, investors and tenants.
Setting a positive first impression is vital to getting our customer experience off on the right foot, and we count on Rachel and her strong people skills to ensure all our clients – new and existing – feel welcome and valued from their first contact with us.
Rachel finished high school in 2014, and has five years’ of previous retail experience. It was during this time that she developed her communication skills as she served a diverse range of customers in a busy retail environment.
Multi-tasking is another of Rachel’s key skills as she balances her role on the reception desk with other administration duties, and is constantly on-hand to support our busy sales agents with a company-wide all-hands-on-deck approach to achieving the best outcomes for all our clients.
Rachel is keen to continue learning about the real estate business, and looks forward to working her way up the ranks in the years to come.
